Ultimop

The latest product is the Vivelle Ultimop. This contains an antibacterial technology from Biocote^©, which has been proven to reduce the number of living bacteria on treated materials.

Pathogenic bacteria such as MRSA and E.coli cannot survive once they have been absorbed by the fibers of the cloth. This reduces the risk of cross-contamination and at the same time the cleaning process is extremely simplified. Like the Biomop, the Ultimop is based on the original Dynamop. As a result, it also has all the known advantages of Vivelle cleaning wipes with the addition of an antibacterial function.

Functionality / Advantages

The addition of Biocote creates a product inhospitable to microbes such as bacteria and mold.
The antibacterial protection remains active until the cloth is finally disposed of, even if the cloth has been used damp or wet.
Thus, the new Ultimop not only manages to maintain the efficiency of cleaning the Dynamop, but also improves patient protection.

This cloth can also be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner in a waste incineration plant. The cloths disintegrate into carbon dioxide and water without leaving any residue.

Handling / Application

The Vivelle Ultimop will act against bacteria from its production through to its final cleaning station where it is used on floors, walls or furniture.

If employed for dusting, before mopping the floor, there is less chance of cross-contamination and the Vivelle Ultimop will act as another layer of protection in the cleaning system. We believe it will be especially beneficial in critical areas. It will also make its disposal safer for the operative and for landfill if this is the ultimate destination.
